What we collect
When you book a journey: your name, phone number, email, pick-up and destination addresses, flight details where relevant, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers ourselves). If you create an account: your name, email and, optionally, phone number.
Why we collect it
To fulfil your booking, assign a driver, process payment, and meet our statutory record-keeping obligations as a licensed private hire operator (Transport for London requires operators to retain booking records for a minimum period).
Who we share it with
Your assigned driver sees your pick-up details, name and phone number. Stripe processes card payments on our behalf. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
